Property close to Florence,28 km from the city, this house is an independent beautiful little farmhouse,
stone built with 98,55 are of olive grove and a garden/terrace of 04,95 are
of about 210m² (A/7) with two bed rooms, two baths, 1 big living with an open fire place.
A small apartment can be finished besides. The view is fantastic and undisturbed,
only 30 minutes from Florence centre in the commune of Pontassieve,
it is easy to reach and a small paradise.
The restoration has been done thoroughly but not finished in all details which were foreseen.
For instance the radiators are missing, but the tubes are there.
The house is very accommodating and cosy,
the olive oil is very good and the location so near to the villages and to Florence is unique,
